I am the President of the board of Kingswood Condo’s in Norwalk. I just wanted to let you know that the entire board and the complex really enjoy working with Mary, she is very good and very dedicated. She is also very easy to deal with. So I wanted to make sure you know that Mary does a great job for us and we all enjoy working with her. I have been on the board when we had another Management company and Mary is light years ahead of them in not only responding to the board, but to individual unit owners who have issues. We have been dealing with a lot of long over looked issue here and I could not see anyone better to help us fix these problems for the long term than Mary.
I have also had dealing with a bunch of other folks who work for Pyramid and you have a wonderful origination and should be proud of your team.
We just want to compliment you and your group on a job well done on the paving project. I know there were some rough times, but considering only one way in and out and so many residents, we think the project went quite smoothly. The place looks 100% better. (And much easier to drive on).

I am working on our annual financial statement and thought you might be interested in information regarding our switch last summer to the Apple Oil Co. for our supplier after Pyramid obtained lock-in prices from several companies. Apple's price was 2.299 vs Hoffman's (our previous supplier) 2.549. From August through February, our FYE, this resulted in a saving of $3,399 and there will be additional savings through the remainder of the contract year.
I was initially somewhat apprehensive about possibly running out of oil, since they had no history of our building usage. I did give them what information I had regarding that, and the winter passed without incident. I seem to recall that not many Pyramid properties went with Apple, but I'm sure glad we did.
Pyramid is heads and shoulders above our prior property manager. It's like night and day! All of the board members are very pleased with the change, and many owners have noticed as well. Wish we had done it sooner!
