Condo Board Training

Pyramid Real Estate Group has teamed up with the Community Association Institute to provide condominium board members with the information they need to better serve residents of their complexes.

Working with the CAI, Pyramid will host a Basic Course for Community Association Operations on Sept. 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Room A-2 of the GE Global Learning Center at the Stamford branch of the University of Connecticut at Washington Boulevard and Broad Street.

Attorney Bill Ward will address legal issues, while Kathy Mandel of Pyramid’s accounting unit, will discuss community financial operations, and David Pilon of Bouvier Insurance will focus on insurance issues.
Other topics will include management operations and maintenance and construction.

The event, which includes a light lunch, is free for Pyramid “hands-on” client board members, $25 for Pyramid “value plan/back office” client board members, $50 for CAI members and $75 for non-CAI members.
