A Long Ridge Road office complex in Stamford is getting a new name with the arrival of operations offered by Greenwich Hospital and the Yale New Haven Health System.

Complex owner Building and Land Technology in October 2014 signed a lease with Stamford Hospital for an adjoining property at 292 Long Ridge Road on the parcel now known as Long Ridge Health & Science.
Yale-New Haven, Greenwich Hospital and Northeast Medical Group will occupy a 50,000-square-foot space at 260 Long Ridge Road.

Greenwich Hospital employ about 25 people in radiology, physical therapy and infusion therapy offices in the building. Yale-New Haven’s Center for Musculoskeletal Care unit and Northeast’s primary care practice will share the space with Greenwich Hospital.

Stamford Hospital, which moved into the 46,000-square-foot building next door in September 2015, fills the space with primary care, obstetrics, gynecology, urogynocological surgery, endocrinology, radiology and blood drawing units.

It has 58 staff members at the building, which will soon open a primary care walk-in clinic there, according to the hospital.
